Hi! I'm Koko. Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My mission is pretty simple: MAKE LIFE EASIER FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH PAIN AND STRESS. After my 14-month pilgrimage in India in 2018-2019, I felt a strong pull to serve in the field of massage. I’ve been a massage therapist since 2021, and I want to bring people to a profound state of comfort within their own skin. I feel honored and respected as we come together to bring about life-changing perspectives. I want my clients to truly feel supported and empowered as they strive to make a difference in their own mental and physical health. I founded Southwest Houston Massage Therapy in 2024, and I am the sole therapist here. I have had the privilege of serving hundreds of people prior to opening my own small business. Nothing makes me happier than hearing that I helped make a difference in someone’s state of being. Healing is what I crave, and I want everyone to feel that for themselves. As one of Houston’s professionals in massage therapy with 5 years of experience, my goal is to help people suffering from pain and stress to feel good, hurt less, and sleep better. Unlike many chain massage places, I am not trying to rush you out the door as quickly as possible to see the next client. I want my clients to experience a leisurely pace that allows them to get dressed in peace, sit up tall, take a few more deep breaths, and hydrate with copper-charged water before moving about their day. To me, massage is all about slowing down from the hectic pace of everyday life, and the space I have curated for my clients reflects those values I stand strong by 100%. When I am not in my massage studio, you can find me at the Phoenix School of Massage as one of their instructors. I have a special love for teaching and feel lucky to have this opportunity to pass on my experience and knowledge. It is remarkable how much my students teach me as well. I also dedicate one day out of the week to work with people living with disabilities. These gracious individuals and their families have become part of my soul-tribe. This is the type of community I want to spend my energy with for years to come. Finally, I am someone who genuinely cares about supporting you in your transformational healing journey.
